Fan Essentials delivers the most unique and awesome sports loot shipped straight to your front door! Every month, you will receive a different box of various sports gear for the team you choose. Each box varies in the amount and type of items you get. Each box is hand picked BY sports fans FOR sports fans. If we don’t love it, it doesn’t go in the box!

You can gift 1, 3, 6, OR 12 months of boxes from Fan Essentials to anyone you’d like! Here’s how it works: you select the subscription length for the lucky recipient and place your order. These items auto-renew like the normal purchases. They make great gifts for birthdays, holidays, and other special events!

We offer a hand selected box of sports merchandise delivered to your door every month for a $34.99 monthly price. Each box will typically contain anywhere from 3-5 products per month. Those items might include one item of apparel, one to three unique, custom, or licensed items. Each box will vary on what goes in it, and how many items it includes, since we have different ranges of products we send out month to month. We post updates on social media and through email for sneak peaks and what some of the items will be, so be sure to follow us! The items in your box are hand picked by long time, avid Grizz fans Mark and Courtney. We also have a panel of other sports fans that give us suggestions and feedback. We strive to find awesome and unique sports loot that we would love ourselves. We are always open to ideas and suggestions as well. Shipping is included in your Fan Essentials Veteran box price to all residents within the United States. For all other International customers, there is a $22.00 flat rate shipping cost. 

Fan Essentials boxes can be expected to be delivered towards the end of each month. Exact shipping dates may vary based on the delivery of the products we include in each box. You will receive an email once your box has shipped!

Gift purchases can be expected to be delivered the same time regular monthly boxes are delivered, which is towards the end of every month.

We are a monthly subscription box service. The initial payment is due when you sign up, and you will receive the box according to the day of the month you signed up, and depending on when the cut off was for that months box.  For example, if you sign up on March 17, and our cut off to receive the March box is March 19, you would receive the March box. If you sign up after the cut off day for the month, say for example, you signed up on March 21, you would not receive the March box, but instead you would receive the April box. And you would not be billed twice. Our system is set up so you will only be paying for the upcoming or current month, depending on when the cut off day is to receive that month. If you sign up for the month to month automatic renewal, then the future payments will be processed on the last day of every month, which pay for the following months of boxes. For example, when you get billed on March 30, that payment is going towards the upcoming April box. Each box ships sometime around the end of the month. Just log into your account on our website to cancel your subscription at any time to stop automatic payments. If you sign up for a gift, that will be a one time only purchase and one time only charge. If you have a gift and want to sign up for the subscription, just come back on our website and order! If you chose the 3, or 6 month plan, or the 12 month plan, you will pay once for that entire monthly period. When this period is over, you will be re-billed for the next duration of the plan you selected. For example, if you signed up for a 3 month subscription, you will pay once for those 3 months. When the 3 months is over, you will be re-billed for the next 3 months. Just log in to your account to make any payment changes.

Fan Essentials is an automatically renewing subscription box service. Our website is ran through a company that is a subscription based setup, and therefore, every order will automatically renew on the last day of the month. This service is similar to other subscription box companies. If you have any problems, let us know! 

You can do this by logging into your Fan Essentials account and changing your payment information within your account. If you have trouble just ask us at info@fanessentials.net

Absolutely, any time you would like to change your shirt size, just login to your account. The system we use is slightly odd, you have to click through each section, but just click “edit,” and then click each category on this page. Click your “team,” click your “gender,” click the “size” you need, click your “term,” then click on “change” at the bottom of the page. Just make sure every section has something highlighted. If you need help, just let us know! 

If you are unhappy with your Fan Essentials box, we want to make it right! Please email us at info@fanessentials.net and we can help you out! Refunds are issued if the box is returned in an un-used condition, with all the items in the box in the same condition in which they were received. Shipping for the return is the customers expense. If you have a defective or damaged product, we will replace your product free of charge to you or if we are out of stock in that product, we will refund you.

While we hate to see you go, you can definitely cancel at any time! Our website is set up through a subscription box service, so you just log in to your account, look for the section labeled “Your subscription” and click edit. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “cancel subscription.” Send us an email to info@fanessentials.net if you need help. No hurdles, no worries. We’ll be right here if you need us again!
